ATMTrader supports ATM operators with machines, parts, repairs, and replacement services. Because these products often involve installation, diagnostics, and manufacturer warranty rules, return eligibility varies by item type and condition. Please review the guidelines below before ordering.

Return authorization is required before any return or exchange. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the shipment was incorrect or arrived damaged.

New ATM Machines

Returns and Exchanges

Except for damaged shipments or incorrect shipments, new ATM machines are not eligible for return or exchange.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are responsible for inspecting the shipment upon delivery.

If your ATM machine arrives damaged:

  • Contact ATMTrader immediately at (855) 286-2286
  • Send detailed photos of the damage to sales@atmtrader.com
  • Report the issue within 3 days of delivery

Damage or incorrect shipment claims must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Claims reported after that time will not be processed.

Warranty

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, new ATM machine warranties are provided by the manufacturer. Warranty length and terms vary by manufacturer.

Used / Refurbished ATM Machines

Returns and Exchanges

Used and refurbished ATM machines are not eligible for return or exchange.

Warranty

Used and refurbished ATM machines sold by ATMTrader include a 60-day warranty.

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and testing by our on-site technicians or Help Desk staff.

Items submitted for warranty evaluation that are tested and found not defective are not eligible for refund or warranty replacement. Such items may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

  • Monday through Friday
  • 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM
  • Excluding holidays and scheduled company closures

New Parts Warranty

ATMTrader honors the manufacturer’s warranty when applicable.

If manufacturer warranty coverage does not apply, ATMTrader provides a 90-day warranty on new parts.

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and testing.

Items submitted for warranty evaluation that are tested and found not defective are not eligible for refund or warranty replacement. Such items may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

New Parts Warranty Procedure

Customers must contact ATMTrader before initiating a warranty claim.

If a replacement is needed:

  • The customer purchases the replacement part up front
  • ATMTrader includes or issues a return label for the defective unit
  • The defective part must be returned within 10 days of label issuance
  • Once the returned unit is received, tested, and confirmed defective, ATMTrader issues a refund for the full replacement-part amount

If you do not receive a return label, it is your responsibility to notify ATMTrader.

Warranty replacement shipments are sent via Ground service unless expedited shipping is requested. Expedited shipping charges apply.

New Parts & Accessories Returns and Exchanges

New parts and accessories may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the original order date.

Return Conditions

  • Return authorization is required before return
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to returns and exchanges
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the shipment was incorrect or arrived damaged

Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received. ATMTrader may refuse returns of items that are damaged, altered, or improperly packaged.

Repairs & Advanced Replacements

ATMTrader provides a 90-day warranty on parts and machines serviced by ATMTrader.

No warranty applies to parts or machines not serviced by ATMTrader.

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and testing by our on-site technicians or Help Desk staff.

Items submitted for warranty evaluation that are tested and found not defective are not eligible for refund or warranty replacement. Such items may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Advanced Replacement Returns

A 15% restocking fee applies to advanced replacement parts that are returned after shipment.

Clearance Items

All items sold in the Clearance section are final sale.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Custom / Special Orders

Special orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Items with custom attributes such as finish, color, or size
  • Items not normally stocked by ATMTrader
  • Items not listed on ATMTrader.com
  • Made-to-order items such as wooden enclosures or products with custom graphics

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

  • Credit card refunds: may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account
  • Check refunds: may be picked up at our headquarters or mailed to a specified address
  • Cash refunds: subject to availability; ATMTrader reserves the right to issue a company check instead
