How Pricing Works
Please review the pricing terms below before selecting your service option.
Standard Repair Price
Amount you pay for standard repair.
Advance Replacement Net
Final amount you pay for Advance Replacement after we receive and inspect your faulty part.
Advance Replacement Upfront
Amount you pay first so we can ship your Advance Replacement quickly and minimize downtime.
Important Pricing Notes
For Advance Replacement: you pay the Upfront amount first. Once we receive and inspect your faulty part, your total is reduced to the Net amount if eligible. Most parts qualify. If the part is incomplete, heavily damaged, or unusable for repair, the reduction may be smaller or may not apply. Our repair team will review the details with you before the order is finalized so you know what to expect.
Shipping is paid by the customer for both Standard Repair and Advance Replacement.

How often should an ATM be serviced?
How often should an ATM be serviced?
Most operators schedule a routine check every 30 to 90 days, cash reload visits count. High-traffic machines, 100+ transactions a month, hold up better with monthly checks, lower-volume units can often stretch to quarterly. Add a full inspection at least once a year regardless of volume. The parts that wear fastest on that cycle are the cash cassette and the dispensing mechanism, exactly what this page covers.
What are the key parts to check in preventive ATM maintenance?
What are the key parts to check in preventive ATM maintenance?
Three parts do most of the work and wear out first: the cash cassette (rollers, belts, jams), the dispensing mechanism, and the receipt printer (print head and paper path). Catching wear early, slower dispensing, faint receipts, occasional jams, is cheaper than waiting for a full failure.
